Our day delegate and evening rates include everything you need to make your conference or meeting a success. Just tell us how many people are coming and we’ll do the rest. For events hire, our experienced team will be happy to put together a quote based on your requirements.

Conference & Meetings.

Day Delegate Rate

  • Meeting room hire (8:30am-5:00pm)

  • Unlimited 200 degrees coffee, tea and biscuits (all day)

  • LCD projector and screen and wireless presenter

  • Conference paper and pens

  • Table water

  • Conference team support

  • Wi-Fi access

  • Main Hall Technical Package (included for 150 guest or more):

    Large stage and stage lighting. Three large screens and sound system with technical support. 

Minimum package numbers apply.

Half Day Delegate Rate

  • Meeting room hire (8:30am - 12:30pm, 1:00pm - 5:00pm, 6:00pm - 10:00pm)

  • Unlimited 200 degrees coffee, tea and biscuits (all day)

  • LCD projector and screen and wireless presenter

  • Conference paper and pens

  • Table water

  • Wi-Fi access

  • Conference Team Support

  • Main Hall Technical Package (included for 150 guest or more):
